Cancellation and Refund Terms for Digital Service Packages

1. General
Yellow Cart Family Store LLC ("YCF Digital") sells digital service packages. All payments are securely processed via Stripe. This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms for our service packages.
2. Service Packages
The following monthly subscription packages are offered. All prices are in USD.
Starter Package
$299.99 / month
Digital asset creation and essential digital marketing services.
Growth Package
$499.99 / month
Advanced digital marketing, ad management and optimisation services.
Comprehensive Package
$999.99 / month
Full-scale digital strategy, multi-channel ad management and dedicated consultancy services.
3. Cancellation Terms
- A cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- Cancellation requests can be sent to info@ycfdigital.com or via WhatsApp.
- Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Services continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Terms
After Service Commencement
No refunds are issued for work that has already been completed once the service has commenced.
Before Service Commencement
If the service has not yet started, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Partial Service
If partial service has been rendered, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion.
All refunds are credited back to the original Stripe account used for payment.
5. Project-Based Work
- A separate contract is signed for custom project proposals.
- Advance payments collected at the start of a project are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a project is not completed, the cost of completed portions will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war or pandemics, the parties shall reach a resolution through mutual agreement. If services are disrupted during such events, the parties will negotiate in good faith to find a fair solution.
