Not every problem is solved with software.

Written scope, fixed price
What will be built, what won't, how many weeks and at what price are all written down. Work doesn't start until the scope is written.
Delivered in parts
Every two weeks you see a working version. If something goes wrong, it's fixed that week, not at the end of the month.
Launch and maintenance
The software goes live on our cloud servers or on yours. The code and data are yours; we do the maintenance if you want it, and hand it over if you don't.
