Challenge
The client wanted to integrate supplier XML feeds into their Shopify store. Due to Shopify's lack of native XML support and complex product structures, multiple agencies had failed to deliver.
Solution
We built a custom XML parser and Shopify API integration. Automated product synchronization, price updates, and inventory management were implemented alongside Meta and Google ad integrations.
