Terms and Conditions
1. Service Commencement and Cancellation Policy
The service begins once the payment process is completed and confirmation is sent to you. After this stage, cancellation is not possible.
Before the purchase, detailed information about the service packages and conditions is provided. The customer agrees to these terms upon completing the purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Turkey), our digital advertising and consultancy services fall under the category of personalized and immediately executed services. Therefore, the consumer is not granted a 14-day right of withdrawal (Distance Sales Regulation Article 15/ğ).
For annual plans, the planning and implementation are arranged on a yearly basis; therefore, withdrawal or cancellation requests after purchase are not accepted.
3. Service Delays or Failure to Perform
If the agency cannot deliver the service on time due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed of the delay.
If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may request a cancellation and refund.
4. Incomplete Use of Service Time
If the purchased consultancy hours are not fully utilized (e.g., due to insufficient time), the remaining work will be carried over to the next period. This will be communicated in advance, and no refunds will be made in such cases.
5. Partial Refunds or Package Changes
As the packages are designed with specific durations and content, partial refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
Requests to downgrade to a lower-tier package will not be accepted. However, customers may upgrade to a higher-tier package, in which case the additional time will be billed separately.
6. Customer-Caused Delays or Issues
Any delays or unfinished work caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary information, late participation, or non-compliance with the workflow cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or refund.
7. Project Planning and Process Terms
The service follows a pre-established planning and time management process. After service initiation, the agency reserves the right to manage time and priorities as needed.
8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR/KVKK Compliance)
Our agency may share customer data only with relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) as part of service delivery.
Customer data will not be transferred to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
In accordance with personal data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, KVKK), the customer has the right to object to data processing or request data deletion at any time.

9. Taxation and Pricing Policy
Yellow Cart Family Store LLC is a US-based company registered in Wyoming. All invoices are issued from the US.
- For customers in Turkey:
VAT is not included in invoices issued from the US. However, under Turkish tax regulations, the customer is responsible for declaring and paying any applicable withholding tax (up to 20%).
The customer is solely responsible for compliance with local tax obligations. - For customers in the USA:
Pricing complies with applicable US federal and state tax regulations.
Prices are final, but local tax or withholding regulations may apply depending on the customer’s state. - For customers in other countries:
Pricing is determined in accordance with Yellow Cart’s US base. Additional taxes or withholding may apply in accordance with the customer’s local laws.
The customer is responsible for declaring and paying any local taxes or fees, including VAT or withholding, where applicable.
10. Contract Termination & Service Discontinuation
If the customer requests a cancellation before the service begins, 30% of the total fee will be deducted as operational costs, and the rest will be refunded.
Cancellation is not possible after the service has started.
In cases where the agency cannot fulfill the service, a partial refund will be issued based on the completed work.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Yellow Cart Family Store LLC is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
- For customers in Turkey:
Turkish laws shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement. The competent courts are the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul. - For customers in the United States:
Wyoming State laws shall apply to any disputes, with jurisdiction granted to the Courts of the State of Wyoming. - For customers in other countries:
Depending on the customer’s country of residence, local consumer protection laws may also apply, and local courts may have jurisdiction in certain cases.
