A Shopier Success Story Starting Point Despite producing high quality products, our client was struggling to navigate the sales channel and advertising strategy. "How should we start, which products should we focus on?" they asked us. In the first step, we suggested that they narrow down their wide range of products and focus on core products, so that the brand could focus its attention on a single point and make a strong debut.
