First impression

We were dealing with a high-potential client operating in Trendyol, one of the largest marketplaces in Turkey. The picture we encountered when we started the project was exciting:

• A vast ocean of products: A massive inventory of nearly 3,000 different products, ranging from TVs to the latest laptops, from game consoles to various electronic gadgets.

• A Clear Goal: The company wanted this wide range of products to be reflected in its sales figures and aimed to increase its market share.

• Strategic Needs: They were aware that just listing the products was not enough to achieve this goal. It was clear that E-SEO (In-Marketplace SEO ) and professional organization of product content from start to finish was required.

• Seeking Support: Trendyol was looking for a partner who specializes in advertising algorithms and can optimize product content with a focus on sales.

Conclusion

Although our collaboration with our client is still very new, we have quickly put our strategic plan into action and are already seeing the first fruits of our comprehensive operation.

We are currently working intensively. These are the issues we are focusing on in the first phase:

• Product and Competitor Analysis: We analyze the 3000-product inventory category by category to identify competition and opportunities.

• Laying E-SEO Foundations: We started optimizing product titles and descriptions in a way that Trendyol’s algorithm likes and customers can find.

• Setting up the Advertising Strategy: We structured our first campaigns to determine the most efficient advertising models by conducting tests with low budgets.

Although we are still at the beginning of the road, we have started to receive positive signals of the right steps taken and the meticulous work done. We look forward to sharing the progress and success story of this exciting project.
