Our client is a manufacturer (producer) that produces its products in its own workshop. For this reason

- At the same time, its products are also sold under the names of other brands and these brands have a strong position in the market.

- Price Policy: Selling products within a set price range and acting in line with the mass sales target requires a strategic approach.
Our Role in Amazon Seller Central Management
- Marketplace Management:
- Operational management in 14 different stores including US, UK and Europe.
- Develop and implement strategies appropriate to the dynamics of each marketplace.

- Products are placed in the right categories and optimized with effective titles, descriptions and search terms.

Problems Encountered
Challenges Faced: Anatomy of a Chaos
When we took over our client’s account, we encountered serious problems:
- Lack of Branding
- No trade mark application has been filed outside Turkey.
- Brand awareness has not been created and SEO optimizations have not been done accordingly.
- Incorrect Listings and Categories
- The products should be in the same category, but they are scattered in different categories.
- Product enrichment and variation arrangements have not been made.
- Amazon’s auto-assigned variations required manual intervention.
- Inventory and Logistics Problems
- FBA and FBM stocks were irregular; replenishment processes were not managed properly.
- Overstock had been sitting in Amazon warehouses for years, incurring additional fees due to the overstock fee.
- Advertising and SEO Deficiencies
- Advertising was limited to automated product advertisements.
- Branding and optimization rules were not followed in product SEO.
- Work that could attract organic traffic was missing.
- Account Management and Technical Problems
- The main contributoraccount of the products was unclear, and the update had to be done one by one in 14 stores.
- There were locked product properties in the backend, system issues that appeared as FBA but when the order came in, it was processed as FBM/MCF.
- In some countries, products were DPR (delisted) and were waiting in stocks.
Work in Progress: From Order to Success
Authorizations were obtained.
Since the countries and accounts where the product listings were made could not be detected, SEO update was passed from all countries simultaneously
It was contacted and explained to customer service that banned words are not actually banned words, they are actually an element of language
Some of the photos were updated, the storefronts of the company’s seller account were redone for each country
The Remote Fulfillment of the products was resolved through bulk updates – feed files. Note: some of them are still causing problems in the background, not changing.
Analyzed data from old ads, determined the optimal advertising strategy.
Determined ROI, ROAS and cost figures for marketing activities. Appropriate advertisements were created.
Pros and cons of the brand compared to other brands were identified. Actions were taken accordingly.
